The three-leg career sounds great until Wednesday, when you are tired, the stream ran late, and TikTok has not been posted in four days. Systems beat motivation. Here is a realistic weekly shape used by models running the full stack without burning out.

The principles before the timetable

  • Streams are the anchor. Fixed nights, same hours, because regulars are built by predictability. Three to five stream nights beats seven half-hearted ones.
  • Batch the social content. One or two filming blocks per week produce all seven daily posts. Never create day-of.
  • Fan page content gets its own session. Shot deliberately, in daylight, when you look and feel your best. Not scraps from a tired stream night.
  • One full day off. Non-negotiable. Burnout is the number one career killer in this business, ahead of every algorithm.

A sample week

Monday: batch day. Two hours, phone and tripod: film 4 to 5 short SFW videos (get-ready-with-me, storytime, your city, a personality clip). Another hour: fan page photo set. Evening free.

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday: stream nights. Your fixed shows, announced that morning on socials. After each stream, two minutes: note the funniest chat moment while it is fresh. That note is Thursday's storytime video, already written.

Wednesday: light day. One filming top-up if the batch ran short, fan page messages answered, next week loosely planned.

Sunday: off. Completely. The schedule posts for you (more on that below).

Daily, regardless: one short video goes live on TikTok and Instagram, timed for US and European evenings, and comments get replies in the first hour. That daily drumbeat is the entire growth engine from the funnel guide, and it comes from Monday's batch, not from daily willpower.

Film weekly. Post daily. Stream on schedule. Rest fully. That rhythm is the whole secret.

Where the hours actually go

Streaming: 12 to 20 hours. Filming and fan page: 4 to 6 hours. The invisible third job: planning, captions, posting, replying, analytics, another 5 to 10 hours if done by hand. That third job is the one that eats creators, and it is the one that automates best. Our AI systems handle the calendar, captions, posting times, and performance analysis, which turns the invisible job into a review-and-approve task measured in minutes. The performing stays yours. It always will.

Start smaller than you think

If you are new, run legs one and two only for the first month: streams plus daily socials. Add the fan page leg when a few hundred followers exist to invite. A schedule you keep beats a schedule you admire.
